I met with Tomos Parry head chef and owner to discuss his requirements and came up with this proposal alongside technical drawings for the brickwork hearth surround. This large wood fired grill has two halves. The left is a simple firepit lined with firebricks. It has a pitching and sliding mechanism above enabling adjustment of the grill cassettes. The right hand side contains four aluminium Joy Stove Oven pots which provide individual cooking rings and fires of differing heats and stages.

Alongside the grill Technical drawings for the builders and visualisations were provided to help enable the selection of the brick and stonework.
